For several years Luisella Chiarini has been the custodian of the entire musical production of Maestro Alfredo Impullitti, a young composer from Abruzzo who died prematurely. She organises and directs concerts of his music, especially with orchestras. In 2018 we remember the public performance of MISSA, Composition for Soloists, Choir and Orchestra, Impullitti's most important work, with soloists such as Paolo Fresu, Achille Succi, Tino Tracanna and Pierre Favre (who had recorded Missa in 2000), together with over 120 artists including choir and orchestra. The event, co-produced by the Tercas Foundation, the Abruzzo Region and the ‘Primo Riccitelli’ Concert Society of Teramo, was broadcast on the Rai Radio 3 Suite programme with an introduction by Pino Saulo and was a great success.

In 2021 he was commissioned by the Ministry for University and Research to conduct a lyrical-symphonic concert with the National Symphony Orchestra of Italian Conservatories at the prestigious international showcase of the Dubai Expo, to represent the Italian sector of Higher Artistic and Musical Education (AFAM). The concert, which was held under the dome of the Al Wasl Plaza in Dubai with a live video broadcast from the Expo site, was a huge success with the public and critics, including the ‘VII Parliamentary Commission - Culture Section’ of the Chamber of Deputies, which paid homage to Maestro Chiarini in the United Arab Emirates. A year after that marvellous experience, again on behalf of the Ministry, she returned to conduct the same orchestra at the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome for the Final of the National Arts Award. The concert was broadcast and recorded by the Ministry for University and Research.

For the last two years she has been involved in the ‘Woman, Life, Freedom’ project in support of Iranian women, which includes concerts with various female soloists (harp, violin, piano, accordion, flute, cello, etc.), including Leila Shirvani, the Italian-Iranian cellist who is promoting the project. In 2023 she recorded the album ‘The Strings of my Heart’ by Paolo Di Sabatino (one of the most important jazz pianists on the Italian scene) with the ‘Benedetto Marcello’ Chamber Orchestra and her Jazz Trio, with Paolo himself on the piano, Glauco Di Sabatino on drums and Luca Bulgarelli on double bass. The album was released on CD and LP by Halidon Music and was presented in concert at various venues including the ‘Cotton Jazz Club’ in Ascoli Piceno where, for the first time in the club's forty-year history, a conductor took to the stage!
